Products

We aim to describe our products accurately. Please review the product description, available options and size information before placing an order.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or materially different from their description.

Prices and Payment

The currency and price applicable to your purchase are displayed on the website and at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges and mandatory charges collected by us will be shown before you place your order.

Orders

Please check your items, quantities, delivery details and contact information before submitting an order.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not by itself constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods.

Pricing Errors

If we identify a genuine pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you to explain the error and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a refund.

We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Delivery

Delivery charges and applicable delivery estimates must be provided before you place your order.

If delivery is delayed, please contact contact@shopharringtonclub.com. Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

The goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations and Returns

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
